PATRICK CLANCY

I am a creative content specialist, focusing in sports and live production media. My goal in creating content is to push the boundaries of new and creative media to create videos, photos, graphics, and a social media presence that make people feel and think. I feel like I have succeeded if the viewer feels an emotional connection to their team or organization. As a person and worker, I strive to be a part of something bigger than myself, and a strong team member. As a videographer, I have contributed to ESPN, FOX, NBC, NFL Films, Netflix, and Hulu. 
 

Ever since I was a child helping my mom take and organize pictures, I've been interested in media and the way it's distributed. In my three years with Gamecock Productions, in the University of South Carolina Athletic Department, I was able to grow my skills as a videographer, photographer, and editor, as well as learn how a major athletic department operates. While at UofSC, I created content for social media, long-form digital features, for the in-game fan experience, and for television.

In August of 2018, I accepted a position as a Football Video Production Specialist at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where I was able to lead the video social media efforts of the Baylor Football team for three years.  Working with a small team of creative content producers, we produced all of the content that appeared on Baylor Football social media accounts, and also create content for the in-game fan experience. While at Baylor, I was able to gain experience in social media strategy and analytics, as well as grow my skills as a videographer, photographer, and graphic designer. I eventually advanced to the position of Associate Director of Football Video Production at Baylor.

In May of 2021, I accepted a job as the Brand Manager with Georgia Tech Football in Atlanta, where I led the creative and social media team, with an emphasis on creating video.
